✦ Details character/componet, adding backround & more props will be charged additional fee ✦

✦ Commercial Use x2 from the base price, depends on what client gonna use it for (including personal branding) ✦

 

❈ PAYMENTS

Only accept full front payment (personal/ personal branding commission).

 

❈ REVISIONS

Only 2 times revision.

❈ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Mainly needs 4-5 days each order client, but if you want to fast delivery it will add more fee.*

SATURDAY & SUNDAY / HOLIDAY OFF, but you can still chat me in other social media.

 

❈ USE

  • Personal commission is for personal use only. Personal branding, small/big community event, illustration video, and corporate is included in commercial price.

  • Personal branding (such as profile picture for streaming platform) commission is included in the commercial commission category.

  • I have the right to use and upload all works as samples. Let me know if you don't want me to share your commissioned piece!

  •  Please credit me if you want to post/use the commissioned work.

     

❈ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 

Unauthorized reproduction, use, processing, sales, distribution, self-made remarks, AI learning and automatic illustration creation service of all works created by Kaes regardless of commercial original (including illustrations, designs, texts and images on this site) etc. is prohibited.

 

Reproducing all or any part of the contents is prohibited.

More Details

  • Commercial Price : it depends on what kind of project that will be commissioned but from price list personal commission it has twice price than the personal one.

  • Additional fees : the applied prices are for 1 character. Each additional character on the same canvas will be charged twice of the original price. Complicated accessories/objects will also affect the price.

  • References : references are required not only in descriptions but also in visual form, to make it easier for working the commission. More details refrence, more faster working the commission.

  • Progress : working the commission according to the queue. You got you queue after the full payment and can check the status of your commission on waiting list.

  • Revisions : maximum of 2 revisions can be made during the sketching stage. Minor revisions may be allowed during the coloring/rendering process (unlimited).

  • Time : MAINLY NEEDS 4-5 DAYS, after the payment (I'll always update my condition if theres any problem) but it also can based on what kind of type commission request.

  • Finished File : the completed high resolution file will be sent to the client through email in 300dpi (or more) JPG/PNG format (can choose).
